Webhooks
Pass webhook: { url, metadata } in a generate request and we POST the result when it is ready. Every delivery is signed with this secret in X-B2BM-Signature (t=…,v1=HMAC-SHA256 of `${t}.${body}`).

When a result starts we reserve an upper estimate; when it finishes you are charged the actual cost and the rest comes back. Failed results cost nothing.
